eZverifi is a fast, safe and easy way to verify the Id of a person based on the Digital Id of their Device (mobile phone number or email address).  eZverifi users are provided a level of trust that the individual they are verifying from our service, is who they say they are!  However, we caution you that eZverifi cannot attest to the physical, psychological, ethical, or any other characteristic that may result in a less than desirable encounter.  With this said, our rating system is supported by our member(s) feedback - it's 100% proactive to root out less than desirable users. 

It is important that eZverifi member(s) be patient, to allow the network of new user(s) to grow.  With every completed transaction, our data base will continue to grow for the protection of all our members. 

For our member(s) convenience we have provided a direct SMS system directly from the eZverifi app’s platform.  We discourage members from sharing any private information not already available on the posting; ie, addresses, emails, phone numbers, etc. until you have received an approved eZverifi result and you are ready to proceed with the transaction.  Member(s) will not be redirected back to the original marketplace site.

Security and Privacy             

You don’t need to share sensitive identifiable information when communicating with a member of eZverifi.  The eZverifi app has been designed to protect your privacy the only information you’ll need to share is an email address or mobile phone number that’s tied to your eZverifi account.  Additionally, authentication and monitoring features are in place to help make sure your data remains updated.

Resources & Tips for Having a Safe Online Shopping Experience

  1. Confirm the member(s) is eZverified.  Make sure you have the correct U.S. mobile phone number or email address for the person you want to eZverifi®.  When in doubt confirm the posting information.
  2. Beware of buyer/seller scams. If an offer sounds too good to be true, it probably is. For example, if a seller post an item at a steep discount and is unwilling to accept your invitation to be eZverifi?  Be suspicious.  Make sure you take extra precautions.  We recommend you find another item to consider purchasing.  “eZverifi… before you buy!
  3. Understand doing the transaction is your choice. If you don’t feel comfortable, don’t like the surrounding, don’t recognize the person from the eZverifi profile, you can always change your mind.  Don’t agree to meet with anyone other than the person that’s been eZverified.  Because most transactions are local and in cash, you should still request a receipt or bill of sale, even if you have to write it yourself and have the seller to sign it.  You should always report any suspicious issues with you Marketplace Platform as well as with eZverifi rating feedback.  eZverifi does not offer a protection program for any transactions.  However, if there is a problem eZverifi will support the member’s legal quest by providing proper authorities with access to the related transactions data.  If you’d like more information on our Member Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions please see our app or visit www.ezverifi.com

Responsible Disclosure Program

If you are a security researcher and would like to report a vulnerability that you believe you’ve found in eZverifi or any products associated with eZverifi, we would like to work with you to investigate the issue. We ask that you do not disclose your finding publically, and allow a reasonable timeframe for us to address your report. Our responsible disclosure program is currently managed by our Admin.
